Registering Your Parking Space

Before you can list a parking space for rent, it must be registered and approved by Parada. Learn what information you'll need, how the review process works, and what to do if your space is rejected.

Parking Space vs Parking Listing

Parada uses two distinct concepts that work together:

Parking Space — the physical slot you own or have rights to rent out. It's registered once, verified by Parada, and stays on your profile. Think of it as your property record.

Parking Listing — a time-bound offer to rent that space during a specific date range. You create listings from an approved space whenever you want to make it available.

Register first, list later. You must complete space registration and receive approval before you can create any listings. See How to List a Parking Space once your space is active.
Before You Register
Owner Account
You must be signed up and verified as an Owner-type user. Drivers cannot register parking spaces.
Lease Agreement (non-owner occupants)
If you are renting your unit rather than owning it, a valid lease agreement must be on file before you can register a space. Parada checks this as part of owner verification.
Active Residency
Your residency expiration date must be current. Expired residency blocks space registration until it is renewed and re-verified by Parada.
Parking Photos
Clear photos of the actual parking slot are required. These are reviewed privately by Parada and are never shown to drivers.
How to Register a Parking Space
1
Go to My Parking Space
From the navigation, click Offer My Parking or go to your Owner dashboard and select My Parking Space.
2
Click Add Parking Space
Opens the registration form. Fill in all required details about your space.
3
Enter space details
Provide the garage/building name, full address, parking style, parking type, rates, and access instructions. See the field guide below for details on each.
4
Upload photos
Upload clear photos of the parking slot. These are reviewed by Parada to confirm the space matches your description. They are not visible to drivers.
5
Submit for review
Click Finish. Your space is submitted with status New. Parada's team reviews the submission — this typically takes 2–4 business days.
6
Receive approval
You'll be notified by email once reviewed. If approved, the space moves to Active and you can start creating listings. If rejected, you'll receive remarks and a secure link to resubmit.

Resubmitting After a Rejection

If your space is rejected, Parada emails you the reviewer's remarks along with a secure Resubmit link. The link is valid for 7 days.

1
Read the rejection remarks
The email explains what was missing or incorrect (e.g., blurry photo, mismatched address). Address each point before resubmitting.
2
Click the Resubmit link in the email
Opens the resubmit form pre-filled with your existing space details and the reviewer's remarks.
3
Upload updated photos and correct any details
Replace any photos or information flagged in the remarks. The resubmit form allows a full photo replacement.
4
Submit
Your space moves to Pending status and enters the review queue again. A confirmation email is sent to you.
Link expiry: The resubmit link expires after 7 days. If it has expired, contact Parada support to request a new one.
