We are Parada® (the “Platform”), operated by ZAPANTA SOFTWARE PUBLISHING, a registered business in the Philippines (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our website applications, and related services. By using Parada, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

These pages and the documents referred to in them (together, the “Terms and Conditions”) are intended to tell you about us, our services, and our and your responsibilities when you access and use our website applications (“Site”) or making any booking through our Site. If you access or use our Site, you’re agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, so make sure you read through them carefully. You should pay particular attention to the section called "Our Liability", as this excludes or limits our legal liability in connection with your use of our services. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our Site.

We process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We update these Terms and Conditions from time to time, so remember to check back in before you use our services in case anything has changed. Notification of any changes will be made by posting new terms onto the Site. In continuing to use the Site you confirm that you accept the then current terms and conditions in full at the time you use the Site.

Definitions

1. “Platform” refers to Parada’s website application.
2. “User” refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.
3. “Parking Owner” or “Provider” refers to users listing parking spaces for rent.
4. “Driver” or “Customer” refers to users booking parking spaces.
5. “PMO” refers to the Property Management Office responsible for verifying residents.
6. “Services” include account creation, space listing, booking, payments, and related features.

If you book a parking space through the site, our Driver Agreement will apply.

If you are a parking space owner and rent your parking space with us, our Parking Space Owner Agreement will apply.

User Obligations

1. Users must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in their jurisdiction.
2. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date account information.
3. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
4. Users must comply with all applicable parking rules and local laws.

Registration

Membership is open to any individual who chooses to register with the Platform. Registration is currently free, but to become a registered user you must provide basic personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use and protect the information you provide.

1. All information you provide must be true, accurate, and kept up to date at all times.
2. We may use your information to contact you regarding your account or to administer your membership.
3. You may not hold more than one registration. We reserve the right to delete or cancel duplicate accounts.
4. You must not allow others to use your registration or impersonate another person.
5. You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect once confirmed.
6. We reserve the right to terminate your membership immediately without notice if you breach these Terms.

Bookings and Payments

1. All bookings are subject to Provider availability and confirmation.
2. Users agree to pay applicable fees, taxes, and charges using supported payment methods.
3. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners.
4. Providers are responsible for accurate listing details and availability.

Cancellations and Refunds

1. Cancellations must follow Parada’s cancellation policy, which may vary by Provider.
2. Refunds are processed according to our refund policy using the original payment method.
3. Service fees may be non-refundable in some cases.

Prohibited Use

1. Do not use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
2. Do not post harmful, misleading, or offensive content.
3. Do not interfere with the Platform’s operation or attempt unauthorized access.
4. Do not reverse-engineer or misuse Platform data or systems.

Limitation of Liability

Parada acts as a facilitator between Parking Owners and Drivers. We do not own or control listed parking spaces. We are not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions between Users. Our total liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific booking in question.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
