Need parking right now? On-demand lets you send a direct request to a nearby space owner without a fixed schedule. Here's how the request flow works and when to use it.

What Is On-demand Parking?

On-demand parking is a request-based system designed for unplanned, short-notice parking needs. Instead of selecting from a pre-listed slot with set dates and prices, you send a request directly to a parking space owner. The owner reviews it and decides whether to accept.

Think of it as flagging down a parking attendant rather than booking a reserved spot in advance.

How to Request On-demand Parking

Go to On-demand
From the navigation, click Home → Request On-demand to see parking spaces that accept on-demand requests in your area.

Add to On-demand Cart
Select a space and add a request to your on-demand cart. Specify your vehicle and the dates you need.

Submit the Request
Click Request Now. The parking owner receives an immediate email notification about your request.

Owner Responds
The owner reviews your request and either accepts or does not respond. If accepted, you receive a notification with the assigned slot and agreed price.

Proceed to Space
Follow the owner's instructions to access the space. Payment arrangement is confirmed at acceptance.
Tips for On-demand Parking
Best for same-day needs. On-demand works best when you need parking within hours. For parking more than a day away, a regular listing gives you guaranteed rates and confirmed availability.
Vehicle type matters. Your vehicle type (Sedan, SUV, Motorcycle, etc.) is sent to the owner so they can confirm their space can physically accommodate your vehicle before accepting.
No guaranteed acceptance. Owners are not required to accept on-demand requests. If you need guaranteed parking, use the regular listing booking flow.
Frequently Asked Questions
You can remove a request from your on-demand cart before you click Request Now. Once submitted, contact Parada support at [email protected] to discuss cancellation options.
There is no fixed response window. Owners are notified immediately via email. If you haven't received a response in a reasonable time, consider submitting a request to another space owner or browsing regular listings.
Yes. You can add multiple spaces to your on-demand cart and submit requests to all of them. Accept the first one that responds and let the others know if you no longer need the space.
