Driver reviews help the community make informed parking decisions. Learn who can leave a rating, how the 7-day window works, and where reviews are displayed.

How the Rating System Works

After completing a parking experience, drivers can rate the parking space on a 1–5 star scale, leave an optional written comment (up to 500 characters), and attach up to 3 photos. You can also choose to post your rating anonymously. Ratings are linked to the parking space, not the individual listing, so they build up over time across all bookings at that location.

New spaces with no reviews yet display a "New" badge — they aren't penalized before any driver has had a chance to rate them.

Rating Rules
Completed Bookings Only
Only drivers with a Completed booking for that specific space can submit a rating.
7-Day Window
Ratings must be submitted within 7 days of the booking end date. After that, the option is no longer available.
One Rating Per Booking
Each completed booking can generate exactly one review. You cannot edit or delete a rating once submitted.
Anonymized Name (Public Reviews)
On publicly visible reviews, your rating shows only your first name and last initial (e.g., "Juan D."), or as "Anonymous" if you choose to post anonymously. Either way, the parking owner of any booking you completed still sees your full name in their booking history for entry verification and dispute purposes — anonymization applies to the public review feed, not to the owner-side booking record.
How to Leave a Review

Go to Bookings
Navigate to Bookings from the navigation bar or Account menu.

Find Your Completed Booking
Look for the booking you want to rate. A Rate button will be visible next to it if the 7-day window is still open.

Select Stars & Write a Comment
Choose 1–5 stars to reflect your experience. Add an optional comment (up to 500 characters) and up to 3 photos to give more context for other drivers. You can also tick the option to post anonymously.

Submit
Click Submit Rating. Your review is posted immediately. The button changes to "Rated ✓" on your bookings page.
Email shortcut: Parada sends a rating invitation email when your booking ends. Click the link in that email to go directly to the rating modal — no need to navigate manually.

Parking Detail Page
Full score, 5-star distribution chart, and individual review comments
My Parking Spaces (Owner View)
Owners see the average rating and all reviews for each of their spaces
Frequently Asked Questions
No. Reviews are final once submitted. This maintains integrity and prevents drivers from being pressured to change ratings. If you believe a review was submitted in error, contact support.
Currently, owners can view all reviews on their Parking Spaces page but cannot post public replies. This feature may be added in a future update.
Yes, but only one per completed booking. Each separate completed booking at the same space can have its own review, as long as each is submitted within the 7-day window.
No. By default only your first name and last initial are shown (e.g., "Maria S."), and if you tick the anonymous option your review appears as "Anonymous." Your full name is never displayed publicly on Parada.
