How to Sign Up on Parada

Creating a Parada account is free and takes under a minute. You can sign up with email and password or use Google, Facebook, or Apple for a faster start.

Choose Your Role

When signing up, you'll be asked to select a role. Your role determines what features are available to you.

Driver
I want to find and rent a parking space. Browse listings, book slots, and manage bookings.
Owner
I have a parking space to offer. Register my space, create listings, and manage booking requests.
Your role is fixed at sign-up. For most users, the simplest way to add a second role is to create another account with a different email address. If your circumstances genuinely require migrating an existing account (e.g., you accidentally chose the wrong role on first sign-up), email [email protected] and we'll look into it case by case.
Sign Up with Email
1
Go to the Sign Up page
Visit parada.ph/signup and select your role (Driver or Owner).
2
Enter Your Details
Fill in your full name, email address, and a password. Password requirements: at least 8 characters, one uppercase letter, and one special character (e.g., !, @, #).
3
Verify Your Email
A verification link is sent to your email. Click it within 24 hours to activate your account. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
4
Submit Identity Documents
After email verification, upload your government-issued ID (front and back). Owners also need a lease agreement or proof of residency. Review takes 1–2 business days. In communities partnered with Parada, your building's PMO (Property Management Office) can confirm your residency directly — in which case you won't need to upload residency documents.

1
Click the Social Sign-up Button
On the sign-up page, click Google, Facebook, or Apple. A popup window opens to authorize Parada.
2
Authorize & Select Role
Approve the authorization. On the completion screen, select your role (Driver or Owner) to finish creating the account.
3
Verify Your Email
Parada sends a verification link to the email shared by Google, Facebook, or Apple. Click the link to activate your account before you can upload KYC documents. The link is valid for 24 hours.
4
Upload KYC Documents
After your email is verified, you land on the documents page. Upload your government-issued ID (front and back). Owners also need a lease or proof-of-residency document. Admin review takes 1–2 business days. If your building's PMO (Property Management Office) is a Parada partner, it can confirm your residency on your behalf, so you may not need to upload residency documents.
Email already registered? If the email from your social account is already registered as a Parada email/password account, the SSO login will be rejected. Use your existing email/password to log in instead.
Sign in with Apple — Hide My Email

When you tap Continue with Apple, Apple offers two ways to share your email with Parada:

  • Share my email
Your real Apple ID email is shared with Parada. The verification link, booking confirmations, and other notifications arrive directly in your normal inbox.
  • Hide my email
Apple gives Parada a private relay address that looks like [email protected]. Parada sends to that address; Apple forwards every email (including the verification link) to your real inbox automatically.
Email verification is required either way. Regardless of which option you pick, you must click the verification link Parada sends before you can upload KYC documents. The link is the same for both options — only the inbox it arrives in is different.
Didn't receive your verification link? First, check your spam or promotions folder — emails from Parada come from [email protected] and [email protected], so adding those addresses to your contacts helps. If you used "Hide My Email" and the link still hasn't arrived after 10 minutes, contact [email protected] with the Apple-provided relay address (the @privaterelay.appleid.com one shown during Apple sign-in) and we'll manually verify your account so you can proceed to KYC.
Frequently Asked Questions
Go to the login page and use the "Resend verification email" option. A new link with a fresh 24-hour expiry will be sent to your registered email address. This works for all sign-up methods — email/password, Google, Facebook, and Apple.
Yes. Every Parada account, regardless of sign-up method, must verify their email address before being allowed to upload KYC documents. This is a security and compliance step that ensures Parada can reach you with booking confirmations, owner notifications, and support replies. After SSO authorization and completing your profile, watch your inbox for the verification link and click it to activate your account.
Apple's private relay forwards the verification email (and all other Parada emails) to your real Apple ID inbox. The relay address looks like [email protected], but you don't need to check that mailbox — Apple delivers everything to your normal inbox automatically. If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder and then try "Resend verification email" from the login page.
First, check spam/junk. If it's not there, use "Resend verification email" on the login page. Hide-My-Email users occasionally have delivery delays when the platform's Apple email-relay configuration isn't fully set up yet — if a resend still doesn't arrive within 10 minutes, please contact support and include the email address shown on your Apple sign-in screen so we can help.
Apple only shares your email on the very first authorization. On every later sign-in, Apple sends Parada only your stable Apple user ID — and Parada looks up your account by that ID. If you see this error, it usually means your first authorization didn't complete cleanly. The fix: go to account.apple.com → Sign-In and Security → Sign in with Apple → find Parada → Stop Using. Then try signing in again from Parada — Apple will treat it as a fresh first-time auth and share your email.
Not with a single account. Each account has one role. Create separate accounts with different email addresses if you need both roles.
Identity (KYC) verification typically takes 1–2 business days after you upload your documents. You'll receive an email once the review is complete — either an approval or a request for additional information. Note: identity verification is a separate step from email verification — both are required to fully activate your account. In Parada-partnered communities, your building's PMO can confirm your residency directly, so you may not need to upload residency documents.
No. Creating a Parada account and registering a parking space are completely free. Fees only apply when a booking is paid (service fee) and on payouts to owners.
