Managing Your Vehicles

Register and manage the vehicles linked to your Parada account. Your vehicle details help owners verify the right car arrives — and enables smarter on-demand matching.

Why You Need to Register a Vehicle

Parada requires at least one registered vehicle before you can book or request a parking space. When a booking is confirmed, the owner sees your plate number and vehicle type — so they can physically confirm the right vehicle enters their property.

For on-demand requests, vehicle type is also used by the owner to verify their space can accommodate your car before accepting.

Multiple vehicles supported. You can register as many vehicles as needed and choose the relevant one at booking time.
How to Add a Vehicle

Go to Account → Cars
Navigate from the top menu, or click Add Vehicle directly on any parking detail page.

Fill in the vehicle details
Enter your plate number, vehicle model, color, and vehicle type. All four fields are required.

Click Add Vehicle
The vehicle is saved to your profile immediately and becomes available for all future bookings.
Vehicle Fields Explained
Plate Number
Your vehicle's registered plate (e.g., ABC-1234). Cannot be changed after saving — delete and re-add if the plate is incorrect.
Vehicle Model
Make and model of your vehicle (e.g., Toyota Vios, Honda Click 160). Can be updated later from the Cars page.
Color
Primary color of your vehicle. Can be updated later from the Cars page.
Vehicle Type
Used for on-demand matching. Choose the type that best describes your vehicle.

On-demand tip: Owners filter requests by vehicle type before accepting. Selecting the correct type increases your match rate with available spaces.
Editing & Removing Vehicles

From the Account → Cars page you can update a vehicle's model and color. The plate number is fixed — if it's incorrect, remove the vehicle and add it again with the right plate.

Deleting a vehicle only removes it from your profile. Any existing bookings that used that plate are not affected and remain on record.

Active bookings: If you have an upcoming booking tied to a vehicle, avoid deleting it until after the booking ends to prevent confusion at the parking location.
Frequently Asked Questions
No. Parada requires at least one registered vehicle to proceed with a booking or on-demand request. You'll be prompted to add one if your garage is empty.
No. The plate number is immutable once saved. To correct it, delete the vehicle entry and add a new one with the correct plate number.
The booking record retains the plate number that was selected at checkout. If you need to use a different vehicle, contact the owner directly and Parada support to update the booking details.
Owners only see the vehicle selected for the specific booking or on-demand request. Your other registered vehicles are not visible to owners.
There is no hard limit. You can register as many vehicles as needed. Each booking lets you choose which vehicle to assign from your list.
