Everything you need to know about how parking listings work on Parada — from reading a listing card to understanding rates, booking flow, and status updates.

What Is a Parking Listing?

A parking listing is an available parking slot posted by a verified space owner on Parada. It represents a specific parking space offered for a set period at a stated price. Drivers browse active listings, view rates and availability, and add their chosen slot to the cart before checking out.

Think of it as a hotel room booking — the owner sets the dates their space is available and the price; you pick the slot that fits your schedule.

How to Find and Book a Listing

Browse Parkings
Go to Home → Book Listing. All active listings are shown as cards with rate, availability window, and star rating. Use the search to filter by garage name, location, or date range.

Open a Listing
Click a card to open the full detail page. You'll see the masked address, availability window, pricing breakdown, owner info, and driver reviews for that space.

Set Dates & Vehicle
Select your Rate Type, pick start and end date/time within the available window, and choose the vehicle you'll be parking. The price estimate updates in real time.

Add to Cart & Checkout
Click Add to Cart. Open your cart, review items, then proceed to checkout to send the booking request to the owner. You're not charged until the owner approves and you complete payment.
Listing Rate Types

Each listing has one primary billing term. Some hourly listings also accept daily rates — look for a second pill on the listing card.

Hourly
Flat + Hourly
A flat fee covers the first 3 hours. Additional hours beyond that are charged at the per-hour rate.
e.g. ₱60 flat · first 3 hrs, then ₱20/hr
Daily
Fixed Daily Rate
A single fixed amount covers the entire day, regardless of how many hours you use within that day.
e.g. ₱300/day
Weekly
Fixed Weekly Rate
One fixed price covers a full 7-day period. Ideal for short-term recurring needs.
e.g. ₱1,500/week
Monthly
Fixed Monthly Rate
One fixed price covers a full calendar month. Best value for regular, long-term parkers.
e.g. ₱4,500/month
Tip: For occasional parking, Hourly gives you the most flexibility. For daily commuters, a Monthly rate typically works out significantly cheaper per day.
Listing Status Lifecycle

A listing moves through these statuses as the booking progresses:

Listed Booked Active Completed
Listed The slot is open and available to book. Also shows as Updated if the owner edited the listing after it was first posted.
Booked A driver has added the slot to their cart and checked out. Awaiting owner approval. The slot is temporarily held.
The owner approved and the driver completed payment. The exact address and access instructions are now unlocked for the driver.
Active The booking start date has passed — the driver is actively using the space.
Completed The booking end date has passed. The space is free for the owner to re-list.
Expired The listing's available window passed without a completed booking, or the listing was manually cancelled.
Location Privacy

The exact address of a parking space is hidden on the listing card and detail page. Only a partially masked version of the location is shown (e.g., "Ma**a**o St.") alongside the garage name.

The full address and access instructions are unlocked automatically once your booking is paid and confirmed. You'll see them on your Bookings page and in your confirmation email.

This protects space owners from unsolicited visits while still giving drivers enough information (garage name, general area) to compare options before committing.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. You choose your own start and end date/time, as long as both fall within the listing's available window. The price is calculated based on the duration you select.
Your booking request is cancelled and the listing returns to Listed status, making it available to other drivers. No payment is collected if the owner declines. You'll receive an email notification with the owner's remarks.
Yes. From your Bookings page, you can submit an extension request before your current booking ends. The owner must approve it, and a separate invoice is generated for the extra period.
The price on the listing detail page estimates the parking fee only. The final checkout amount includes a service fee which is added at checkout. The service fee amount is shown before you submit the booking request.
Yes. Some owners enable "Accept Hourly" on their daily/weekly/monthly listing, or enable "Accept Daily" on their hourly listing. When both are available, you can choose your preferred rate type from the Rate Type dropdown on the booking form.
