1. Visit the Sign Up Page: Go to parada.ph/signup.
2. Choose a Sign-In Method: Select one of the following options:
   • Google SSO
   • Facebook SSO
   • X (formerly Twitter)
   • Email
3. Fill in your account details: Enter your email address and password (for email signup), full name, contact number, and residency details (residence, unit number and/or tower).
4. Select your residency type: Choose whether you are a Unit Owner or a Tenant in your current residency.
5. Select your account type: Choose whether you are registering as a Parking Owner or a Renter.
   Note: One Account — One Role. Switching between roles per account is not possible.
6. Agree to the Terms: Review and agree to Parada’s Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
7. Submit your registration: Click “Sign Up with Email” to complete the process.
8. Verification and PMO Approval: For residents, your account will require verification from your Property Management Office (PMO) before you can access parking listings or list a space.

Once approved, you can start exploring available parking spaces or manage your listings directly from your Parada dashboard.
